Central Coast Youth Homelessness Coordination and Support Service

Doorways for Youth delivers a single point of contact for assessment, advocacy, referral, case coordination and brokerage for young people aged 16 to 25 years who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, including young people leaving institutional care.

It links young people to a range of support services and emergency and transitional accommodation, and supports them to access and sustain stable housing.

A key focus is supporting young people to engage with education, training and employment.

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people and is accessible to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
